Every site comes standard with certain fees required for maintenance and others that are optional.
Qualifications:
- Must be locally or community based.
- Must have operating budget of $250,000 or less.
- Must be 501 (c) (3) or volunteen run.
- Understands that subscription to suite means no opportunity for forming own suite at a later date.

Registration or Domain Transfer: $14.95 per
year
- Bandwidth: First 5GB FREE, $5/5GB
after
- Diskspace: First 100 MB FREE, $5/100MB after that
- Email
Accounts: $25.00/account (one comes free
with site).
Minimum monthly fees is $1.50/month.
- Email Blast: First 10,000
names/month are Free.
Over 10,000 is $1.00/500 names.
- Upload of Contact List: Users
can use site upload assuming lists are
"scrubbed" for errors, duplicates etc. and
presented in csv.
format. Training required for complicated
lists. To get quote for us to do it, minimum
charge is $250.
- Design Services: $160/hr.
- Merchant Processing Fees: A 1% transaction of transactions fee is charged monthly for any site processing payments. Additional bank fees may apply. We offer merchant account services at competitive rates. Contact us to learn more.
- Technical
Support: Phone: $125/hour (billed in 15 min
increments).
FREE email support via helpdesk. Response within 24 hours though minimum of 2 hours of training required.
