As of today, all pricing listed below is in effect for all NEW customers. Existing customers are not affected unless otherwise notified. These prices are for on-demand services only. This means that customers sign-up through our website and qualify for this service by either customer type or size of organization. Please contact us if you have questions: info@orchidsuites.net.
Standard Orchid for Change Websites
All OFC websites come packed with features and functionality that makes it easy for your organization or campaign to be up and running quickly and effectively.
Users:
Local Parties or Committees,* Caucuses, Elected Officials, Politcial Action Groups, Clubs, State and Local Level Candidates and Legislators
Fees:
Option 1: Monthly ONLY ($99/mo one year, $89/mo two year, $79/mo three year)
Option 2: Annually ONLY $1000 (no monthly, minimum 1 yr subscription)
See service section below for possible maintenance or use fees.
*Note: State Parties or Candidates running for Senate or Congressional campaigns should contact us for custom quote.

• One email account
• Upload and download of documents and images
• Access to library of shared content (news articles, press releases, issue statements, actions alerts, events )
• Email blast feature with bounce management
• Press release generator

• Minimum of one year subscription required. Payment by credit card preferred. Secure access guaranteed through password protected accounts. Invoices sent via email at beginning of billing cycle.
• Not included in the pricing above. Design, merchant fees, additional email accounts, storage beyond what is included. (Please contact us for a quote for these services.)

Services:

- Domain
Registration or Domain Transfer: $14.95 per
year
- Bandwidth: First 5GB FREE, $5/5GB
after
- Diskspace: First 100 MB FREE, $5/100MB after that
- Email
Accounts: $25.00/account (one comes free
with site).
Minimum monthly fees is $1.50/month.
- Email Blast: First 10,000
names/month are Free.
Over 10,000 is $1.00/500 names.
- Upload of Contact List: Users
can use site upload assuming lists are
"scrubbed" for errors, duplicates etc. and
presented in csv.
format. Training required for
complicated lists. To get quote for us to do
it, minimum charge is
$250.
- Design Services: $165/hr.
- Merchant Processing
Fees: A 1% transaction of transactions fee
is charged monthly for any site processing
payments. Additional bank fees may
apply. We offer merchant account services at

- Technical Support:
Phone: $125/hour (billed in 15 min increments).
FREE email support via helpdesk. Response within 24 hours though minimum of 2 hours of training required.
