Billing and Domains
We use an online system for managing domains
and accounts. When you sign up you will be sent
a confirmation including how to access your new
website and your billing information.
Invoicing
Invoices will be sent to the email address posted during the sign up process. You should be receiving either monthly or quarterly statements. In some cases they are yearly only. If you have any billing questions, please send an email to billing@orchidsuites.net

Domains
You can register for a domain with us for $14.95/yr. All Orchid Suite websites must be hosted by us the system runs off of our servers. You can transfer your domain to us or simply have the nameservers redirected. For more information about domain issues, CLICK HERE.
