  Tanya Renne is a co-founder and CEO of Orchid Suites. She has been in the web development business for over ten years as owner of her own web development firm working primarily with non-profits and associations. Ms. Renne brings a range of expertise and talents to her work. She is highly skilled in multiple computer programs and languages, and offers strengths in needs-assessment, design, data and project management. Important projects have included developing and managing large-scale public service websites geared toward international audiences; maximizing the in-house capabilities of labor organizations; developing core technologies for direct-service non-profit organizations; and custom development of browser-based web maintenance tools.

  Ms Morgan-Jaffe has worked for over 30 years to in the communications industry. As chief operations officer of Orchid Suites, she brings a broad reach of skills and experience in both print and web design, business and organizational development and management.

  As a designer, Ms. Morgan-Jaffe ran her own graphic design firm for 12 years, was an art director for magazines in Washington, DC and Italy and for Time-Life Books. She worked in the field during the transition to computer and online design and production and understands the challenges of managing technology in business.

  As a manager, Ms. Morgan-Jaffe dedicates herself to understanding how organizations and individuals succeed. She has a masters degree from George Washington University in career development and has worked with a variety of organizations and individuals to help them be more effective in their work.

  Franck Goron is the Chief Technology Officer of Orchid Suites. Orchid Suites, Inc. acquired and merged with e-angel LLC, a web solutions organization founded by Franck Goron in 2002. e-angel provided business-enabling solutions using Open Source technology.

  Before founding e-angel, Franck consulted for Oracle Corporation's eBusiness Solutions-Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) Group, where he designed technology solutions to address specific business issues including high operational and IT costs, fragmented information, low security infrastructure, and low process efficiency; led in the creation and deployment of Global Consulting Solutions including eCommerce, eBusiness integration, and eBusiness global architecture; and received multiple awards for leadership and the successful development and deployment of programs, tools, and processes for use in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

  Prior to Oracle, Franck served in the Computer Research and Development Department for the French Military where he conducted research for implementation of Internet client/server technology in military operations. Afterwards, Franck pioneered Media Zone, one of the first multimedia and Web development agencies in Europe. The company attracted the interest of a New York City firm, which led Franck to the United States.

  Born and raised in France, Franck studied in Paris and Brisbane, Australia where he earned an engineering and master's degree in mechanical engineering and industrial design.

  Mr. Low is a co-owner and co-founder of Orchid Suites, Inc. He is the creator of the technical engine that serves as the foundation for what is the Orchid system.

  Mr. Low has extensive experience as technical team leader including: complete software life cycle experience, from business analysis, to development, testing, and deployment; fluent in ASP, PHP, Java, C, Perl, and other languages and thorough understanding of web-related technologies such as networking, databases, server-side scripting, application servers, and browser technologies. Mr. Low is experienced in web security issues such as firewalls, encryption, and authentication. He is a proficient system administrator and network engineer with great troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills.

  Mr. Low earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from University of Rochester. He graduated cum laude in 1991 and elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

  Sina is a graduate of University of Maryland, with degrees in Chemistry and Computer Science, and is an accomplished business developer with experience in project management and scheduling.
