FREE Training - New Users

Learn how to set-up and manage your Orchid Suites website with this basic training via the phone. We can also customize the training to the needs of the callers depending on participant needs. Here how it works:

1. Participants will be sent a notice with detailed information on how to access the call a day or two before the session.
2. Once all participants are in logged in, the trainer will lead participants through the training using his or her computer and a software program that allows participants to view the actions on their local pc.
3. Any questions or outstanding issues can be addressed via the support desk unless personal training sessions are desired.
4. Sessions last one hour.
