FREE Training - Level Two

Designed for Orchid Suites users who have already gone through a basic training (Required to go through New User training before this class). 

1. Participants will be sent a notice with detailed information on how to access the call a day or two before the session.
2. Once all participants are in logged in, the trainer will lead participants through the training using his or her computer and a software program that allows participants to view the actions on their local pc.
3. Any questions or outstanding issues can be addressed via the support desk unless personal training sessions are desired.
4. Sessions last one hour.
