Job Description:
- Work with implementation team to establish keep client sites
- Perform routine modifications
- Conduct site audits for sites that are undergoing a redesign
- Assist client webmasters with updates that they conduct on their own
- Support designers in the production of Web site designs created by outside designers
- Perform graphical changes to existing websites

Specific Technical skills needed:
- HTML and CSS hand-coding experience (i.e. coding without the aid of an HTML WYSIWYG editor program)
- HTML Editor experience, e.g., HomeSite or Dreamweaver
- Properly perform the technical aspects of position while following Matrix related policies and procedures
- Performs with accuracy, clarity, consistency and thoroughness
- Active interest in innovation: researching, testing, and applying new technology
- Commitment to coding standards
- Very close attention to detail
- Ability to effectively test your own work
- Fabulous organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines at once
- Self-motivated and self-directed: We need people who will proactively tackle challenges
- Great communication skills: both verbal and written (webmasters typically respond directly to client requests, so the ability to correspond effectively via email is *critical*)
- Adapts well to frequent change, delays or unexpected events
- Interact and work harmoniously with fellow co-workers
- Willing to help other staff members; knows when to request assistance
- Open to constructive critiques
