• 30 days free days of email support via our Orchid Suites helpdesk starting on your sign-up date.
• 1 hour of email support per month.
• FREE bug fixes and login issues.
  

*Note. Services including content migration, design, phone support and training are additional. In some cases, data management and membership support is included in your support agreement. For any questions, contact the support desk at support@orchidsuites.net.

No need to sign in unless you want to track your tickets. Response time is usually within one hour. Policy is 24 hours.
