Getting Started

  1. Once you get your site, login with the information sent you. Take a tour through the site manager to get a sense of what is offered already.
  2. Sign up for a FREE training or webinar at Orchid's corporate website under calendar. www.orchidsuites.net.
  3. Sign up for a merchant account. If you intend to take contributions, you must have a merchant account. Learn more.
  4. Start adding your content. Use the pages that already exist. Orchid has a special feature called "Dynamic Pages." These are pre-designed pages that help your content be able to be shared with other sites and that add features like categories.
  5. Access the helpdesk at www.helpdesk.orchidsuites.net where there are knowledge base articles.
